Established in 1990, we have many years of experience in solving your diverse problems and are recognised specialists in the treatment of chronic conditions and persistent pain. Physiotherapy is used alongside other therapies at the clinic to ensure your quick and full recovery, so you can get back to work and return to the activities you love to do.

Located near the Old Fisherman’s beach in Hythe, we offer a range of treatment modalities, from physiotherapy, clinical massage and acupuncture to reflexology, craniosacral therapy and lymphatic drainage. We also run small group pilates and yoga classes to enable you to build on the gains you make from our treatments and continue to optimise your health, and we have a nutritionist to advise on dietary improvements.

We are made up of a dedicated team of experienced clinical staff to include advanced practitioners formally known as an extended scope practitioners (ESP) who can request any diagnostics including scans, blood tests and accurate clinical diagnosis and relevant best management options as required.

We have highly skilled advanced practitioner at our service who overlooking the clinical needs as required for the service and clinical supervision provision to all the physios. Along with regular clinical supervision we also provide monthly in-service training to all the physios and have high level clinical competencies in places as per 7 pillars clinical governance. We also provide appraisals for the staff and audits.

Our core delivery model is the ability to rapidly get the patient to the right clinician at the right time within the service.

There is increasing evidence that every year at least or more than 20% of population consulting their GP’s for musculoskeletal problems – RCGP 2010 and current evidence suggests that every GP should manage most of these MSK conditions within a primary care setting without having to be referred to the hospitals. Given current staffing levels, pressures and resources physios have taken further training to assist and support GP surgeries for MSK service provision. Our physios working almost as FCP’s (first contact practitioners).

An effective triage process identifies the patients who can be managed by primary care or community-based services and those who will need referring to specialist services either in the community or the acute unit (DH, 2006).
