Osteopathy
Do you suffer from lower back pain? Or neck pain that isn’t associated with an injury? Shoulder pain, arthritis or elbow pain? If you do, Osteopathy could be the right treatment for you. Our Osteopaths take a holistic approach to healing in their treatments and will move, stretch and massage your muscles and joints to help treat your pain effectively.

What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy that focuses on diagnosing, treating, and preventing a wide range of health issues by addressing the musculoskeletal system. It is based on the principle that the body’s structure—bones, muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues—plays a vital role in overall health and wellbeing. Osteopaths use hands-on techniques such as stretching, gentle pressure, and manipulation to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Osteopathy aims to treat the whole body, not just specific symptoms, making it a holistic approach to healthcare. It is commonly used to treat conditions such as back pain, joint pain, headaches, and postural problems, and can also support recovery from injuries or chronic conditions. Osteopathy is suitable for people of all ages, from infants to the elderly, and emphasises prevention and lifestyle factors in maintaining health.
