What our clients say
"I would like to express gratitude for assisting me with a running injury. I came in experiencing a lot of pain and the physio made a very accurate diagnosis and gave me an exercise programme to take away, an acupuncture session and advice on managing the healing process. When I walked out of that session the pain had lessened and the healing continued. Two weeks later I am now without pain and able to pursue my sport. Highly recommended."
"Thank you for all you did to make me feel so much better – I haven’t felt so good for years! It has given me so much freedom – I just hope it lasts, and I will be very careful not to damage my back again."
"From taking at least 6-10 painkillers per day, not being able to stand long enough to do the washing up, and now being able to do all things on maybe 2 or 3 painkillers a week… miracle workers. I could not recommend highly enough."
We assess your injury and work with you on a personal exercise programme of graded exercise progression to get you strong enough to achieve your goal and return to sport/activity. Post-surgery we rehab in line with consultant protocols so that you can progress back to doing the activities you want to do.
