Emma combines over 7 years of physiotherapy experience and a further 6 years of exercise and rehabilitation experience to give you a full spectrum of care. Emma started as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist with a strong interest in correcting poor biomechanics and improving clients health and fitness. In 2010 she studied Physiotherapy at St Georges University London, upon graduating going directly into private practice and pursuing a specialism in sports physiotherapy.

In 2016 Emma set up her own private practice with gym facility based at WASPs Rugby Club in West London. This facility was able to provide care to the elite level athletes of WASPs Ladies Rugby Club, a club that Emma was clinical lead for 4 years. Prior to working for WASPs Emma played top-flight rugby for the 1st team.

Emma started playing rugby at Loughborough University whilst studying her first degree in Industrial Design. During her time there she also achieved international honours with England Students Rugby team. This was after making a change over from playing national league hockey for Leicester in her third year of university.
